Landmark Marquis Inauguration
October 23, 2026
Landmark Marquis, the new address for apartments near NH 66, Calicut, was formally launched by Calicut Landmark Builders on 9 January 2026. The day began at the Nellikkode site with a Bhoomi Pooja and the stone-laying ceremony, with Chairman & Managing Director Mr. Arun Kumar laying the foundation stone.
The official launch followed that evening. Customers who had already booked came, along with neighbours, bankers, friends and the Landmark team. Mr. Arun Kumar launched the walkthrough video. Mr. Rajesh P, Executive Manager to the MD, presented the first brochure to Director Mrs. Lijitha Kumari, and Reshma K (Deputy Manager, Project) and A V Shilpa (Senior Architect) took the guests through the design. Booked customers were felicitated, the team signed the Landmark Promise Board, and a gala dinner ended the night.
